All customers must present a valid ID when collecting packages. If someone is collecting on behalf of the customer; said customer will have to inform Ship Now of receiver's full name and he/she will have to provide ID as well.

Packages that are left unclaimed for more than thirty (30) days will be disposed of without compensation. Ship Now will notify customers in regards to unclaimed packages three times outside of regular notifying process. 

All customers MUST agree to reimburse Ship Now for fees and taxes paid on the customers behalf such as Customs duties and taxes.

If a customer has more than one package from different flights he/she will have to pay for the package that arrived first or pay for everything at once.

Ship Now is in no way or form responsible for any loss or damage to customers' packages before entering our possession
